Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ParlayDesk (“ParlayDesk,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of the ParlayDesk website, apps and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use ParlayDesk, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, and at least the minimum legal age for sports wagering in the place where you live
• be able to form a binding agreement
• not be barred from using the Service under applicable law, or previously removed from ParlayDesk by us

You’re responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any laws about sports betting where you live or where you place a wager. Using ParlayDesk doesn’t make any wager legal where it isn’t.

3. What ParlayDesk is and isn’t

ParlayDesk is an information and organization tool. It lets you build and track parlays, follow live progress and grading, view statistics and research, import bet slips, and share parlays with a community.

Parlays you track on ParlayDesk are your own records. They aren’t connected to your sportsbook account, and ParlayDesk has no access to it. Your sportsbook alone decides how your wagers are accepted, settled and paid. ParlayDesk isn’t responsible for a sportsbook’s decisions, and a sportsbook isn’t responsible for what ParlayDesk displays.

ParlayDesk is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, sports league, team, players’ association, athlete or sports data provider. Team, league and player names are used only to identify the events and statistics you track.

4. Your account

You need an account for most features. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through Support if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may not share your account, sell or transfer it, or create accounts through automated means.

Sign-in is provided by our authentication provider. Your username becomes your public Community identity, so choose one you’re comfortable showing publicly and that doesn’t impersonate anyone or break our Community Guidelines.

5. Free and Pro plans

ParlayDesk offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The features, limits (such as the number of AI imports each period) and price of each plan are described on our Billing page and at checkout. We may change the features included in each plan over time. If we remove a significant paid feature during a billing period you’ve paid for, we’ll handle it fairly, for example by giving notice and letting you cancel.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Automatic renewal

Pro is a recurring subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of your subscription and then at the start of each billing period (currently monthly) until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Account → Billing (Manage Subscription). When you cancel, your subscription won’t renew, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. You then move to the Free plan. Your parlays and history are kept.

If you delete your account while Pro is active, your subscription is canceled immediately and Pro access ends at that time.

Refunds

Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. We don’t automatically give partial refunds for unused time after you cancel. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through Support and we’ll review it. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

Price changes

We may change the price of Pro. If we do, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice. If you don’t want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payment processing and failed payments

Payments are processed by our billing providers (currently Clerk, which uses Stripe). By paying, you also agree to the terms those providers apply to payments. We don’t receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails, our providers may retry it. If it isn’t resolved, Pro access may be suspended or your account may be moved to the Free plan.

Taxes

Prices don’t include taxes unless stated. You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Where we or our providers are required to collect them, they’ll be shown at checkout.

7. Sports data, grading and research

ParlayDesk displays schedules, scores, live game states, player statistics, grading, hit rates, Research history, Community Trends and similar information (“Sports Information”). Much of it comes from third-party sources that we don’t control. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Sports Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, missing, or corrected after the fact. For example, stats providers sometimes revise statistics, games can be postponed or suspended, and players can be misidentified. Grading on ParlayDesk is automated and may differ from how a sportsbook settles the same wager, including on voids, pushes, overtime, stat corrections and each sportsbook’s own house rules. Research and Community figures describe past results and don’t predict future ones.

Always check wager details, results and payouts with your sportsbook. We may correct, re-grade or remove Sports Information at any time.

8. AI bet slip import

AI bet slip import uses a third-party AI service to read a screenshot you upload and suggest parlay legs. AI extraction can misread or leave out players, lines, odds, markets or dates, and it can match a leg to the wrong game or player. You’re responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted legs before you add them. Only upload images you have the right to share, and crop out personal information you don’t want processed. See our Privacy Policy for how uploads are handled. AI imports are subject to the limits of your plan. An import that fails after it has been sent to the AI service may still count toward your limit.

9. No advice and no guaranteed outcomes

Sports betting involves risk, and you can lose money. You alone decide whether, where and how much to bet, and you’re responsible for those decisions and their results. Please read our Responsible Gambling page.

10. Community and your content

“Your Content” means anything you submit to ParlayDesk, such as parlays, parlay names, captions, comments, your bio, profile photo, screenshots and support messages.

• You keep ownership of Your Content.
• License to us. You give ParlayDesk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display and distribute Your Content, and to adapt it (for example reformatting it for different screens or share previews), only as needed to operate, provide, secure and improve the Service. For content you make public, this includes showing it to other users and to people with a share link. The license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies kept for the limited reasons described in our Privacy Policy, such as backups or legal obligations.
• Your responsibility. You’re responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it and that it doesn’t break the law, these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Public content. What you share in Community can be seen by others, and others may copy or share it. See our Privacy Policy.
• Moderation. We don’t review all content before it’s posted, and we don’t endorse content posted by users. We may remove or restrict any content that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that creates legal or safety risk.
• Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use ParlayDesk to support illegal gambling or to get around age, location or self-exclusion restrictions
• harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone, or post content that breaks our Community Guidelines
• sell picks or promote “guaranteed” winners, scams, or unrelated commercial offers
• access another user’s account or data, or try to get around security, rate limits, plan limits or other restrictions
• scrape, crawl or harvest data from ParlayDesk, or use bots or automated tools, except as we expressly allow
• copy, resell, or redistribute ParlayDesk’s Sports Information, statistics or features as a competing service or data feed
• reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction
• upload malware, or interfere with or overload the Service
• manipulate grading, results, Community Trends or engagement, for example with fake accounts or coordinated activity
• submit anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights

12. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the ParlayDesk name and logo, and the way information is compiled and presented, is owned by ParlayDesk or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Other names, logos and marks shown on ParlayDesk, including those of sportsbooks, leagues and teams, belong to their owners. Their appearance doesn’t mean any affiliation or endorsement.

13. Third-party services

ParlayDesk relies on third-party services, such as authentication, payment processing, AI processing, sports data sources, network delivery and push notification services. It may also link to third-party websites. We aren’t responsible for third-party services, websites or content, or for their availability. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep ParlayDesk running smoothly, but we don’t promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Live tracking depends on third-party data and may pause or lag. We may add, change, suspend or remove features. Some features may be labeled beta, preview or experimental, and they may change or be withdrawn without notice.

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include outages of internet, hosting or third-party providers, data-source failures, natural disasters, and acts of government.

15. Suspension, termination and deletion

You can stop using ParlayDesk at any time. You can delete your account in Account → Security. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what may be kept.

We may suspend or restrict your access to Community or to the Service, or terminate your account, if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these Terms or our Community Guidelines, created risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Where appropriate, and unless it would create risk or isn’t legally allowed, we’ll try to tell you why. We may also discontinue the Service, and if we do, we’ll give reasonable advance notice where practical.

Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end will continue. These include the sections on content licenses for retained copies, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and general terms.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Sports Information, research, AI extraction and user content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We don’t warrant that the Service will meet your needs, that Sports Information or grading will be accurate, complete or timely, or that defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ParlayDesk and its operators, contractors and service providers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
• ParlayDesk isn’t liable for any wagering losses, missed winnings, or decisions you make based on information shown on ParlayDesk. This includes Sports Information, grading, research, AI extraction or other users’ content.
• Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms won’t exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid ParlayDesk in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.

These limits apply whatever the legal theory of the claim. They don’t limit liability that can’t be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, or your rights as a consumer that can’t be waived.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold ParlayDesk and its operators harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We’ll let you know about any such claim and may choose to control its defense.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll give reasonable notice before they take effect, for example with a notice in ParlayDesk. Changes won’t apply retroactively. If you keep using ParlayDesk after updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you don’t agree, stop using ParlayDesk, and cancel any subscription before it renews.

20. Resolving concerns

If you have a concern or dispute about ParlayDesk, please contact us through Support first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and we’ll try in good faith to do so. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

21. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and any terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and ParlayDesk about the Service.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect.
• No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision, that doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or to an affiliate, provided your rights under these Terms aren’t reduced as a result.
• Relationship. These Terms don’t create any partnership, employment or agency relationship.
